Visitor Experience Manager: Hepworth Wakefield Gallery

The Visitor Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every visitor to the gallery has an excellent experience, encouraging them to return and become long term supporters. This is an extremely varied role which will involve working collaboratively with all teams to ensure the smooth running of visitor operations, management of the visitor experience team (staff and volunteers) and maximising commercial opportunities including driving sales of tickets and membership. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety, access and security procedures are adhered to across the site.

This is a permanent position: 37 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with regular weekend and evening working.
