This is an exciting and rare opportunity spearhead the strategic direction and artistic programme of a small but important art gallery, bringing together arts, cultural regeneration, social engagement, environment and health and wellbeing whilst also identifying new directions, partnerships and opportunities for THG’s ongoing and future success.
Providing leadership and vision for the THG team, its volunteers and stakeholders, you will be expected to develop a high quality artistic and commercially viable events and outreach programme whilst at the same time diversifying and securing THG’s income sources and sustainable forms of revenue relevant to a rural arts organisation.
Your focus will be on linking art with health and wellbeing, and identifying new directions, partnerships and opportunities for THG’s ongoing and future success, raising the public profile of THG through showcasing and sharing its achievements both within EDDC and regionally.
