Plate Up

Co-curated with Michelin-starred executive chef, Michael Wignall – Plate Up will showcase the work of selected UK practitioners who produce work associated with the making and serving of food. Michael has his own distinct way of creating and serving his dishes, tending to highlight contemporary craft as part of the presentation of his food.

Plate Up will bring out the personality behind this top chef and reveal the aesthetic and cultural influences which inform his cookery. Visitors are given the chance to see, and buy – cooking-related craft work.
