Award winning textile artist and madebyhandonline maker Ruth Singer has been working with Staffordshire Record Office and Wolverhampton University exploring Victorian women criminals. The project is inspired by photographs and documents in the archives.
There will be a series of workshops and talks as part of the exhibition which includes archive materials, Ruth’s own textile work as well as work by local community groups.
