Exploring the boundaries between craft and fine art. Curated by MAKE Southwest President Peter Randall-Page RA.
Celebrating their re-launch, MAKE Southwest’s exhibition focuses on the nature of craft, art and design in the 21st century. President Peter Randall-Page RA, whose own work effortlessly straddles concepts in art with traditional craft execution, has curated this exhibition which addresses the labels, status and boundaries associated with craft and fine art as well as the impact of new technologies such as digital design and rapid prototyping.
Peter has selected a small number of outstanding artists for this exhibition who, like him, work across traditional boundaries. Alongside their work MAKE Southwest have invited these artists to nominate another artist/maker whose work interests them.
Open Wednesday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm
